The archaeological site of the Medieval Graveyard of Touças is located in the parish of S. Martinho de Anta, in the municipality of Sabrosa, in the Alto Douro Wine Region. It is a mystical, symbolic and unique place, surrounded by a bucolic, natural and preserved landscape.
The Archaeological site fits in a mountainous region, at the northern apex of the Serra da Azinheira and at the confluence of the same with the Serra do Meio, in the so-called Vale das Donas, a fertile valley, with agricultural and pastoral tradition.
